I found the instructions for clicking on the "?" to find my server name, however among the myriad of information provided from this solution is THE server name the one listed after
Exchange Client Access server name:
or the Server Name under External POP setting and External IMAP setting (both are the same)
Thanks for the feedback.

First of all, thanks for Frank’s suggestion on this point.
As Frank explained, if you would like to set up Exchange account in your client Outlook using manually configure server settings. Then, the information under Hostname is your required Exchange server name. However, if you prefer to set up for POP3 or IMAP4 access to e-mail account, it needs to use the server name under External POP settings or IMAP External IMAP setting.

If there is any misunderstanding or any information I have missed, please feel free to correct me in the forum.
If you mean Exchange server on Outlook it's the "Hostname" in this dialog including "mailbox" between host and domain. For example mine shows as by2prd0410.outlook.com, in Outlook I have by2prd0410.mailbox.outlook.com and by2prd0410.outlook.com as Exchange Proxy.
Does the reply above answer your question?
