I guess the "skydrive" you mentioned is the SkyDrive Pro that comes with Office 365 or the client that can be download from here.
Please firstly check the SkyDrive Pro sync problem to view the full error description, then try to fix the problem in the way it prompted.
If it does not work, please capture a screenshot of the error and post it in the thread for better understanding.
For now, you can refer to some similar cases:
1. Skydrive Pro stuck in Processing Changes, all folders empty
2. Skydrive Pro constantly processing changes on one PC
