Have you ever wanted to record an important Lync meeting to view it later, or share it with others? Now you can, with the latest update to the Lync Online service.
If your organization has turned on recording, you can capture all aspects of a meeting or call: audio, video, instant messaging (IM), program sharing, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, whiteboards, and polls.
Review the meeting at any time in the Lync Recording Manager, and it’s just like you were there. Or save the recording in Windows Media format, and send it to others.
It’s easy to get started. When you’re in a meeting, just click Start Recording (the red button).
For the full story, see the Lync Online help topics under Recording and playback.
