  • Troubleshooting the error "Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client cannot process the request because the server name cannot be resolved." is not properly done in this video. That error has been usually caused by being behind an internal firewall. You don't need a running WinRM service to connect to your Exchange Online server. You can disable it even. Outbound connections don’t go through the WinRM service.
