As you may know, we are upgrading the Office 365 Support Community. It is still the place for community-sourced break/fix support help and it will continue to be monitored by the Office 365 Support team. You may also have seen our vision for enterprise social. As a part of this enterprise social vision and support community upgrade, we are excited to announce the launch of the Office 365 IT Pro Network, a new Yammer network open to anyone with a technical interest in Office 365. The Office 365 IT Pro Network is the place you can go to find and connect with other IT Pros working on Office 365, learn about new product information and resources from Microsoft, and share information with the broader technical community.


We are hosting the Office 365 IT Pro Network on Yammer, and we couldn’t be more excited about using this powerful aspect of Office 365 to connect with our technical community. Yammer delivers the enterprise social experience in Office 365 and hosting the Office 365 IT Pro Network in an external Yammer network allows us to deliver a great social experience with search, rich content and personalization. Within the network, we have sub groups that focus on specific products including Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Project, Visio as well as topics including deployment, adoption and technical training so people can have more targeted discussions.
