  • Hallo, seit mehreren Tagen habe ich Probleme beim Email-Empfang.
    Kunden und externe erhalten immer einen NDR-Bericht (ich hab aber nichts geändert)
    Es sieht nach einem Microsoft - Email- Routing-Problem aus.
    Ich habe leider keine Ahnung, wen man da kontaktieren kann.

    Das super virtuelle Support-Tool kann mir da leider auch nicht helfen.

    Wo kann man sich hinwenden?
    Ich habe den NDR Report

    wenn ich Dein Posting richtig verstehe, geht es darum dass Leute, die ausserhalb von Office 365 eine Mail zu Dir senden, Fehlermeldungen bekommen.

    Dieses kann mehrere Ursachen haben. Um genauer festzustellen, woran dieses liegt, könntest Du den NDR einmal hier hinein posten? Ich kann dann von meiner Seite bestimmte Dinge nachschauen und ein paar Tests durchführen.

  • Übrigens habe ich schon versucht jemand über die Support-Nummer 0800-5892332 zu erreichen, nach ewigem durchklicken landet man aber immer im Nichts.

    ist es möglich dass die besagte Domain bei uns im Vorgängerprodukt (BPOS) war? Oder ist es möglich dass Du ein andere Office 365 Konto hast/hattest, und die Domain dort entfernt, und im jetzigen Konto hinzugefügt wurde?



  • Ja, wir hatten früher einen BPOS Account, aber das ist schon länger her.

    Ich hab auch Probleme mit gemeinsamer Anmeldung . Ich kann mich z.B. nicht bei outlook.com mit meiner Email flash@x4u.de anmelden, weil ich früher ein live.com Konto mit dieser Email-Adresse hatte.

    Es lief auf jeden Fall ca. 1 Jahr sehr gut - bis ungefähr letzten Freitag.

  • Also wenn es irgendetwas gibt was gelöscht werden muss, damit meine Email wieder funktioniert, dann macht das.

    Ich habe ein live-Konto helmut.obertanner@hotmail.de, das sollte erhalten werden.

    Und dieser Office Account. Alles andere kann gnadenlos gelöscht werden.

  • Gibt es denn eine Statusinformation? Leider funktioniert die Email im Moment überhaupt nicht mehr. Ich bin sozusagen von der Aussenwelt abgeschnitten.

  • Also - mittlerweile geht wieder alles (zumindest hat es den Anschein).
